I nformation technology systems can be simple stand-alone systems to extremely complex area networks made up of digital computer, voice, and video systems and application software. They can be made up of simple turn-key installations or complex multi-component, multi platform, and multi-location installations requiring end-to-end design and construction efforts. For the information technologist, each effort is a challange to not only develop a functional solution, but a operationally maintainable system to the support mission critial areas of a business. We have members on staff at The AES Design Group that have the experience and expertise to design and manage these kinds of projects.

 I nformation technologies have forced many companies instutions to upgrade their IT infrastructure. In most cases, this work must be performed by different groups - the electrical infrastructure by one group and the IT networking by another. Our engineering and systems groups allow us to perform this work as a single entity allowing for better coordination and lower costs. The Leeward Telecommunication and Power Improvement Project is typical these kinds of projects that we have been involved with.
