he AES
Design Group is an architectural, engineering and systems development
company that offers consulting and support services in a broad range of
disciplines. We were founded in 1993 as an architectural design firm made up
of experienced professionals who previously practiced in some of the largest and
most experienced firms on the Mainland and our home state of Hawaii.
Since our founding, we have expanded our practice to include
the design and implementation of building and information technology systems to
create "smart" buildings.

utilize a multi-disciplined approach that incorporate today’s
technologies into imaginative solutions, solutions that are sensitive to facility
operations and maintenance requirements. Our company size and staff composition allow
us to apply this approach to small but complex projects to develop cost
effective yet aesthetically pleasing designs for our clients.

a small, multi-disciplinary firm, we provide advantages that in the past,
only much larger firms have offered. With a staff of 17 experienced employees
trained in many of the architectural, engineering and systems disciplines,
we are the “right” size for many "small-to-medium sized"
projects that require diverse consulting services.

ecognizing
that even well-versed individuals cannot master all disciplines, we will
partner with others to round out our team. We will however, retain control
and responsibility for the final design or project outcome to ensure continuity for
our clients.

ur
clients are not charged for "down time" and our fee
structure is consistent across disciplines. We will expend
only the necessary amount of effort required ensure
the successful completion of a project, and will assign
the resources accordingly.

e
have the skills to manage nearly any kind of program or project,
large or small. Our staff has project and program management experience that
range from small projects with less than $50 thousand construction value to
large programs worth more that $2.5 billion and involving multiple
disciplines and multiple companies- with successful outcomes.

e have a staff
who are proficient in the use of the latest computer aided design and
graphics systems and offer these support services on an hourly basis.
