hile with another firm, members of The AES Design Group
were responsible for the management of a 6 year capital improvement program for the
State of Hawai`i's Airport System. The program consisted more thatn 300 projects
valued at $2.5 billion in construction. |

of The AES Design Group provided project management services for improvements
to the overseas terminal and airfield at the Honolulu International Airport
while with another firm. The scope of work included planning improvements,
assisting the client with budgets and funding, setting project criteria, the management
of design consultants, bidding and negotiation, and construction, and
the set-up of maintenance programs. |
